Information we collect
We only collect information we need to respond to enquiries, run our business, deliver work, recruit people and meet our legal obligations.
Depending on the context, this may include:
- Name
- Business email
- Personal email (mainly for recruitment)
- Telephone numbers
- Postal address (mainly for recruitment)
- National Insurance number (employees only)
- CV and employment information
- Special category data (e.g. health information) where legally required for recruitment
We collect information through website enquiry forms, incoming emails and calls, information provided by clients, tenders, and job applications.
We do not collect more information than necessary.
How we use personal data
We use your data for:
- Responding to enquiries
- Delivering contracted work
- Recruitment and employment management

Transfers outside the UK are safeguarded using appropriate mechanisms.

We use a mixture of technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:

How long we keep your data
Retention periods depend on the purpose. Examples:
- Accounting data: 6 years plus the current year (required by law)
- Recruitment records: kept in line with legal guidance unless removal is requested

- Contract-related data: kept as long as needed to meet contractual and legal obligations
Data is securely deleted once no longer required.
